Whether you are a sophisticated aura reader or simply curious, have I got a list for you! After you go through these 10 most important things, count up how many are new to you. This short list could change your life.
1. Not Just Color
How often have you heard misleading phrases like, "See auras" and "See the colors"? I've successfully taught aura reading to thousands of people, on three continents, and I'm here to tell you that many folks never see colors at all. Nevertheless, they can become superb aura readers.
When people do see colors, it is usually only a small part of the information that they receive. Not so for some really famous aura readers, like Sylvia Browne, Doreen Virtue, and Barbara Brennan -- but maybe one reason they are so famous is that their gift sets match what people expect.
Ladies, do you believe that there is only one way for you to be beautiful? Where is it written that nobody will look at you twice unless you are tall and skinny, blonde and busty? That kind of myth helps nobody.
Guys, you get your share of pressures, too. Does your value in life depend on how close you can come to looking like Swooney Clooney? There's just one George Clooney, and he isn't you. (Somehow you have managed to get over this. I just know it.)
Well, there are plenty of ways to be gorgeous--and powerful—as an aura reader. A good teacher will help you to read auras as yourself, not trying to copy anyone else.
2. Not Just Vibe
Is it aura reading when you get "good vibrations" about somebody? Sure, it's a start. However, vibe-reading isn't quite the same thing as literacy.
Back in the day, before you could read words on a page, you could look at somebody's handwritten note and decide if it looked good or bad or pretty or scary. In a way that's informative, but why stop there?
Unless you developed more literacy than that, you wouldn't be able to read the words here. Think for a moment about the difference between getting a vague impression versus actually reading. So much knowledge comes to you because you learned how to read words. If you can do that, you can learn this other kind of literacy. You can learn to read auras in depth and detail.
3. Real Bodies
Your physical body is surrounded by layers of subtle body, made of electromagnetic energy and full of information. I like to say that, having all these layers, you are just like an onion… only you smell better. These energy layers make up your aura, so it is physical, only in a metaphysical way.
Once you appreciate that auras are 3-D energy bodies, you'll understand why it's so limiting to think of them just as colors. How would you feel if someone came into the room where you are right now, looked you up and down, and saw only colors? Sure, there are colors in your skin, hair, and eyes, but do you want to be judged only by that?
3. Hundreds of Databanks
Ever hear that an aura contains chakras? Its true. Spiritually literate people have been reading chakras for 10,000 years. In fact the word "chakra" comes from ancient Sanskrit. and it means that every human aura contains major and minor data centers, like the heart chakra, the throat chakra, etc.

In each databank, you have a gift of your soul. This is permanent, like a fingerprint. It's validating to learn about your gifts. Do you tend to be fair, kind, forgiving, or naturally assertive? Building from your strengths is smart. By learning about your innate gifts, you can find enormous validation for your natural way of doing things.
5. Stuff
Yes, that's one of my technical terms. "Stuff" means things that distort the gifts of your soul. "Stuff" could be dysfunctional patterns learned in childhood, coping mechanisms of all kinds, stuck fear or pain, even things added into your aura like mix-in's put into ice cream at some dessert restaurants. Instead of M&Ms or cashews, your aura could contain cords of attachment, negative thought forms, or other forms of astral debris.
But here's the important part. Stuff can always be released. Always! I say this as someone who regularly does phone sessions of Energy Spirituality, moving out stuff permanently. And I'm hardly the only healer in the world. Speaking of which…
6. Smart Consumers Read Auras
Have you ever gone to a non-doctor doctor? In America, appointments to holistic healers began to outnumber physician visits in 1997, well before the start of this millennium. Your favorite healer might do chiropractic, Healing Touch, Reiki, massage, shiatsu – anything from acupuncture to z-cupuncture (okay, I made that one up).
What do all these healing methods have in common? They mostly align your aura. All the benefits to your body are a kind of mind-body-spirit side effect.
So many doctors, so little time… How can you tell which practitioner really helps you? Read your own aura before and after the treatment. This is just one way that aura reading is indispensable for a consumer.
Reading auras, you can taste fruit before you buy it. And never again will you buy those pricey roses that droop once you bring them home. Flowers like that may look pretty on the surface, but their auras are puny. That's why they die so fast. Get your money's worth.

7. Your Perfect Gift Set
Ever since you've been born, you have owned a perfect set of gifts for reading auras. That probably isn't 100% about seeing colors.
No problem! You don't have to be visual in a particular way to succeed as an aura reader. And I'd urge you to strongly question any "teacher" who has led you to believe that success requires that you be anything other than who you naturally are. Having to "work at" aura reading is a pathetic misunderstanding. A teacher who asks you to work hard in order to read auras… has failed you.
Also, if you have been waiting to get rid of a "block" that keeps you from seeing auras, consider that you don't have any block at all. Learn techniques that use the gifts you have. However you approach auras, give yourself the benefit of a variety of techniques. Even talented people need this. Practical techniques have helped you to read, and write, to play any sport or musical instrument, to use a spoon, to shampoo your hair. Why should aura reading be any different?
8. Regular Photos Are Fine
Have you ever seen colorful aura photos? They're sold at psychic fairs. Some people say that you need a photo like this to read an aura. Ridiculous!
I can teach you to read auras from regular photos, Internet photos, cell phone photos. You can read auras when you watch TV or movies. (Finally, the mystery of screen chemistry solved!) Read auras whenever and wherever you like. It isn't rocket science, trust me.
Because aura reading is so portable and practical, it may be the most useful hologram of the soul that you can read. For astrology, you need a birth time. For handwriting analysis, you must have a written sample. For face reading (another of my specialties, something I dearly love doing), you need a decent frontal photo. Just yesterday, a reporter sent me a celebrity photo to read and the guy's face was almost completely covered by a football helmet. Sure, I could have read his aura, but for a face reading I had to beg her to supply a different picture.
Once you find your way in, you'll be amazed how much you can learn by reading auras from photographs.
9. Practical Insights
Just how practical is the information from reading auras? It could save your life.
Sometimes companies hire me to do personnel profiles. I'll point out when a job applicant's aura shows a tendency to deception, cruelty, even violence.
Reading auras, in person or from photos, you can do three different lie detector tests. Might there be a problem with alcohol or drugs? That shows clearly in an aura, too. What else? You can even preview a lover sexually.
This is accurate information, folks. And those who scoff just don't get it.

Everyone knows the ancient story about that little guy that defeated the giant with a single stone throw from his slingshot. That little guy’s name was David, the son of a servant, who later became king of Israel, and by many he was called a righteous king.

Back to the Basics (Human Needs)

Sex is one of our basic needs according to Abraham Maslow who is a renowned psychologist. This theory is called "The Heirarchy of Needs". This theory basically has 5 stages. Everyones starts from stage 1, which is the Physio needs. After all the needs have been fulfilled, we move up to the second stage. At any point of the later stages for instance, we get sexual urges, we will come back to stage 1 to fulfill that need. Otherwise we will not perform effectively on the higher stages.
1. Biological and Physiological needs - air, food, drink, shelter, warmth, sex, sleep, etc.
2. Safety needs - protection from elements, security, order, law, limits, stability, etc.
3. Belongingness and Love needs - work group, family, affection, relationships, etc.
4. Esteem needs - self-esteem, achievement, mastery, independence, status, dominance, prestige, managerial responsibility, etc.
5. Self-Actualization needs - realising personal potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth and peak experiences.
Ok so our main concern here is Sex. It is evident that a bad sex life could lead to a bad relationship and marriage. There are many things that contribute to a bad sex life for instance; either partner is not getting enough, men orgasm too quickly etc. It is also a fact that women takes a longer time to reach an orgasm and most men do not have the stamina
to hold until that happens. Of course we could use other parts of our body to help women reach orgasms, but wouldnt it be a bliss if it happens through intercourse?

The struggle of Being for Self_Realisation !
All life is a struggle, the struggle of the individual for Self-Actualisation !
We find that the Thesis and the Anti Thesis are equally logical. The intellect is dual.
We can learn a lot from a Court of Law. There will be two arguments, argued by scholars, and both appear logical.
In other words, what the intellect justifies is true. Its Anti Thesis is also true !
Should we believe the intellect, which offers two arguments, two types of Justice ( the Mosaic Law and the Jesusian ), two antithetical theories ?
We should know that the intellect is Janus- faced and rely on the Heart !
From Quantum Mysticism we have to come to Bridal Mysticism, which extolls the Absolute Self as Universal Love !
This is the struggle of Being for Self-Actualisation, through the well known three phase dialectic of Thesis, Antithesis & Synthesis !
Let us achieve Self Actualisation !

Thesis and Anti Thesis solved by Synthesis
In our last blog post we dicussed the Thesis of Huntington and the Anti Thesis of Amartya Sen.
Amartya Sen has criticised the Theory saying that civilizations cannot be grouped as Hindu, Buddhist or Islamic. But unfortunately the 9/11, Afghan war and Iraq war has only proved Huntington's Thesis true. History proves that the Crusades and other wars were along cultural lines.
There were Crusades against own people. The Albigensian Crusade was against the Cathars, who were Gnostics. Also the Waldensian Crusade.
In other words, history proves the Thesis of Huntington. When he says that friction exists between major civilizations, he is stating a fact known to all. Tensions exist between Islamic and Western, between Islamic and Indian, between Chinese & Japanese. Huntington is stating facts, corroborated by history !
If Clash is a major problem and it is, what is the solution to this malady ?
The three phase Dialectic is Thesis, Anti Thesis and Synthesis !
If we had discussed the Thesis and the Anti Thesis, it is upto to you to believe any of these doctrines. If what the intellect justifies is true and if its inverse is also true, then both are logical and intellectual doctrines.
And what is the Synthesis?
The highest synthesis is Universal Love. Love your enemies ! This wisdom was echoed by Shakespeare, Jesus and Sai. Sai is still alive, preaching tolerance and Universal Love.
When Universal Love triumphs, both Thesis and Anti Thesis win !
Universal Love is All Conquering !

The Clash of Civilizations - A Self fulfilling Prophecy ?
Prof Huntington's book the The Clash of Civilizations became famous and controversial.
There are seven, nay, Nine Civilizations
The Western
The Islamic
The Indian
The Japanese
The Chinese
The Russian
The African
The Buddhist
The Jewish
The Clash of Civilizations is happening, say many. The 9/11 2001 attacks, the war in Afghanistan and Iraq are proofs, they argue.
A self fulfilling prophecy is one when the political leaders, who are aware of this famous thesis, make it a reality ! Many political leaders knew this Thesis and were influenced by it, say the people who favour this theory.
Many radicalists also approve this theory.
There are criticisms, however, of this theory. Amartya Sen argues that Civilizations cannot be grouped into Seven or Nine civilizations !
The people who favour this theory argue that the present crisis is the conflict between two major civilizations, missionary ones, who averr that theirs is the only true faith. Both believe in conversions and it is a struggle for superiority. The human mind is engineered in such a way and all human beings are ruled by the Ego function ! It is not "my country, right or wrong", it is "my Civilization, right or wrong" !
So we have a thesis by Huntington and an AntiThesis by Amartya Sen. Let us see who is right !

The Sino-Islamic connection is already there, as China colludes with Pakistan & Iran.
The Dialogue among Civilizations was the answer to this threat. A global organisation, the Alliance for Civilizations, was set up by the UN.
Let Universal Love redeem this world and let the world not perish in the Clash of Civilizations !

Four Steps on the Path of Wisdom
Four Steps on the Path of Wisdom

No matter what the cultural context,
we find that the Path of Wisdom
has essentially four steps:
(1) know your body,
(2) create your dream body or energy fields,
(3) figure out your meaning in life, and
(4) participate in a global network of friends
where your meaning can be fulfilled in history.
These steps are not sequential, they all happen at once, with a change in emphasis over time. The "first" step of body awareness comes from exercises and practice - things like sports, yoga, martial arts, massage, etc. You have to be grounded in the body to escape from the prison of left brain hypnosis, to liberate yourself to holistic awareness.
Next, the creation of an energy body, a dream body, comes from active imagination, exercises and meditation. The Hindu tradition refers to this step as opening the Chakras. In China it is known as the activation of the Chi, and is the basis of all Oriental Medicine. The Western esoteric traditions refer to this energy field as the Aura - the halos you see painted around saints. Again, there are many methods to develop your energies, although they are not as well known as the body work. One such method uses sound vibrations known as PrimaSounds.
The third step is to make sense of the world, figure out what it all means and who you are. You can also think of this as a process of "remembering." Remembering what you came here to do, what you had intended to do in this life before you were born. Everyone has a purpose, a special life destiny, which only they can fulfill. The destiny is not inevitable, it is only a potential. The exact way it will be achieved is always unknown. So in that sense it is both a remembering and a creative process. Remember why you are here and figure out how to do it. The remembering and "figuring out" process is more than intuition, it is also a holistic thinking process. A process of active contemplation and analysis that can lead to action - once you figure out what it is you can do next. (It is easier to walk once the blindfold is removed!) Here the thinking tool which is Arnold Keyserling's purpose in life to develop and make known to others, called The WHEEL, can be of great help. It can help you remove the blindfold of ignorance as to who you are, help you to remember what you came here to do. Understanding who you are then leads naturally to the next step of "doing it."
The fourth step we sometimes call "Metapolitical" action in the world. (See: "Wisdom, Metapolitics and the Internet" essay.) Here a School of Wisdom or other friendship group is critical. With a little help from your friends, participation with others and in groups of people, you can act Globally to fulfill your potential. You can fulfill your mission in life. You can become a player in the ongoing game of human civilization, a link in the great history of life. You can carry out your meaning in life, your true purpose, the only way possible - in active concert with the rest of the Universe.
All four steps on the Path of Wisdom can be significantly helped by group work and teachers. To fill this need Schools of Wisdom, and groups like it, are now opening all over the world based on the tradition of direct Wisdom transmission. A word of caution here, don't be too intellectual or take yourselves too seriously, have fun with the Path of Widom and the Wheel, play with it as a kind of "glass bead game." True Wisdom is joyful. People who are too serious are not really mature.
Finally, remember only YOU can find out who you are - no one else can (or should) do that for you, or tell you what to do. Beware of Power Trippers, especially "spiritual" ones. The days of Gurus, cults and religions telling you what to do are gone. The New Age demands individual liberty and spiritual democracy. We are free people, united on a global scale by interlocking networks and communities. Just as you would not allow another to take over your body, do not sell your soul, or allow your spirit to be taken and controlled by another. Walk these four steps of Wisdom yourself!

THE SEVEN SLEEPERS OF EPHESUS

Fled before their master's anger;
As a god he claimed their worship,
Though a sorry god was he.
For an insect, ever buzzing,
Still annoyed him at the banquet,
Still disturbed his rest and pleasure.
All the chasing of his servants
Could not drive away the torment.
Ever round the head of Caesar
Did the angry creature hover,
Threatening with its poisoned sting
Still it flew, and swiftly circling,
Made confusion at the table,
Messenger of Beelzebub,
The infernal Lord of flies.
"Ha!" -- so spake the youths together,
"He a god that fears an insect!
Can a god be thus molested?
Does a god, like wretched mortals,
Feast and revel at the banquet?
Nay! to Him, the one, the only,
Who the sun and moon created,
Who hath made the stars in glory,
Shall we henceforth bend the knee!"
So they spake, and left the palace,
Left it in their trim apparel;
By a shepherd led, they hastened
To a cave was in the mountain,
And they all went gliding in.
And the shepherd's dog came after,
Though they strove to drive him from them;
Thrust himself toward his master,
Licked their hands in dumb entreaty,
That he might remain their fellow;
And lay down with them to sleep.
But the wrath of Caesar kindled,
When he knew that they had left him;
All his former love departed,
All his thought was vengeance only.
Out in quest he sent his people,
Traced them to the mountain hollow.
Not to fire nor sword he doomed them;
But he bade great stones be lifted
To the entrance of the cavern;
Saw it fastened up with mortar;
And so left them in their tomb.
But the youths lay calmly sleeping;
And the angel, their protector,
Spake before the throne of glory:
"I have watched beside the sleepers,
Made them turn in slumber ever,
That the damps of yonder cavern,
Should not cramp their youthful limbs;
And the rocks around I've opened,
That the sun at rising, setting,
May give freshness to their cheeks.
So they lie in rest and quiet,
In the bliss of happy dreams."
So they lay; and still beside them,
Lay the dog in peaceful slumber,
Never whimpering in his sleep.
Years came on and years departed;
Till at last the young men wakened;
And the wall, so strongly fastened,
Now had fallen into ruin,
Crumbled by the touch of ages.
Then Iamblichus, the youngest,
And the goodliest of them all,
Seeing that the shepherd trembled,
Said, "I pray you now, my brothers,
Let me go to seek provisions;
I have gold, my life I'll venture,
Tarry till I bring you bread."
Ephesus, that noble city,
Then, for many a year, had yielded
To the faith of the Redeemer,
Jesus. (Glory to his name!)
And he ran into the city;
At the gate were many wardens,
Armed men on tower and turret,
But he passed them all unchallenged;
To the nearest baker's went he,
And in haste demanded bread.
"Ha! young rogue," exclaimed the baker,
"Surely thou hast found a treasure;
That old piece of gold betrays thee!
Give me, or I shall denounce thee,
Half the treasure thou hast found."
And Iamblichus denied it.
But the baker would not listen;
Brawling till the watch came forward,
To the king they both were taken;
And the monarch, like the baker,
But a higher right asserting,
Claimed to share the treasure too.
But at last the wondrous story,

Quantum Healing !
Dr Deepka Chopra defined Quantum Healing as
Quantum healing is healing the bodymind from a quantum level. That means from a level which is not manifest at a sensory level. Our bodies ultimately are fields of information, intelligence and energy. Quantum Mysticism
Gary Zukav in his book " The Dancing Wu Li Masters" dealt with Quantum Mysticism, that the world of the New Phyics, validated mystic truths. ( www.zukav.com )
So did Fritjof Capra in his book " The Tao of Physics ".
Earlier the Indian sages,Vivekananda and Aurobindo had predicted that as modern science progresses, the Indian philosophic truths will only be confirmed.

Forever Newly Created Reality !
Gary Zukav says in his magnum opus, the Dancing Wu Li Masters, that in the realm of particle physics, forever newly created realities are formed !
For instance, when a pi meson interacts with a proton, a neutral meson is produced. ( Meson - medium weight particle ) and a Lamda particle
Pi + p = K + L
Also formed is a pi meson and a proton !

So in the subatomic realm, newly created realities are formed.
Particle Physics explains this formation of Pi meson and proton from the interaction, as products of Kinetic Energy !

Erase the Ego
Buddha and Sankara thought the world to be false and miserable and escape from it was the only wisdom. But then the world is Self, the world is God, the world is Bliss, prajna prasrutha purani , Omnipotent Wisdom became this world. It is our wrong relationship with the Divine in the world which is the misery and our perception of the world through the mentalised ego which is the suffering !

Bell's Theorem of Interconnectedness
Bell's Theorem in Physics maintains that separate parts are interconnected at a fundamental level. This is what Eastern Mysticism has been talking about for centuries.

The Secret - To Spiritual Success

Before you are born, you sit down with your spiritual guides (for approximately 2 years Earth time) and together you decide what lessons you need to master during this lifetime, what negative karma you need to balance, and what personality traits you will possess during this lifetime to help you to achieve your life lessons. You choose the circumstances that will provide you with the opportunities to learn your life lessons and to repay your karmic debt.
1. You choose your parents. Choosing the right parents is important for the soul to achieve many of its life lessons, and each soul will choose parents that will challenge or teach it in someway. Sometimes it is necessary to choose a harsh or critical parent, who will challenge your internal power. You may not have stepped into your own power and need a dominant force to cause rebellion within your being, to awaken you. It may be that you chose a critical parent as a challenge to test your own self-love and acceptance of yourself. It may even be that you chose a critical parent because you yourself were highly critical of others in a past lifetime and this time you need to experience the injustice of being unfairly criticised and bullied for yourself, as well as repay the karmic debt you have incurred.
2. You choose your personality, your name and your date and time of birth. Choosing your personality, your name and your date and time of birth is a precise action of your soul. Your soul is governed by astrology, or the governing forces of the planets. These planetary forces govern your personality, the way you act, and your internal desires and drives, so it is critical that your soul be born at the precise moment in time, so that you end up with the personality that your soul has chosen to learn its life lessons. The globalization of economics means that any local market is inextricably tied to the global economy. The ongoing dollar decline, lately spurred by changes in China's market, clearly demonstrates how interdependent the world’s markets have become.

Myron Scholes and Robert Merton had everything scientists could ever wish for: a Nobel Prize in Economics, tenured professorships at the world’s most prestigious universities and fame. But all of this waned when an opportunity presented itself in the mid-nineties. A well-known veteran broker dared the pair to put their genius into practice and make lots of money.
Scholes and Merton were certain that playing the market was like rolling dice: you can easily measure the probability for each and every occurrence. Their foolproof plan was to accurately predict the market through statistical studies.
The two scientists gathered a group of distinguished math and economy professors. Then, along with their ambitious broker, they established a private hedge fund (an investment fund that aims to profit under any market conditions). They called it Long-Term Capital Management or LTCM. The fund developed an investment policy based on mathematical models, established its headquarters in an upscale suburb near Wall Street, and business started rolling.
In four short years, the fund became the envy of every banker and trader on Wall Street. Veteran stock market sharks could not believe their eyes as the fund yielded an astounding 40% return a year with no losses or fluctuations. It seemed that the scientists had discovered a magic formula, identifying patterns in a world of unpredictability. In other words, they had found a way to make a whole lot of money.
Even the ever-skeptical investment bankers were impressed by the group. In fact, they were so impressed that they offered to leverage the fund with a credit of $100 billion without even asking for the usual guarantees. The fund got financially linked to every bank on Wall Street and set up an intricate chain of connections where every link affected the entire chain.
LTCM seemed invincible until one fateful night in September of '98, when the bubble suddenly burst. The disaster began with a seemingly innocuous event—the devaluation of the Thai baht. This triggered a sell-off across Asian and Eastern Europe markets, and the snowball just kept rolling until it eventually reached LTCM. The fund suffered total collapse, causing unprecedented distress to economic systems worldwide.
It seemed that the market was swiftly heading for the point of no return. In a dramatic step, Alan Greenspan, the legendary U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman, convened the heads of every large bank of Wall Street and Europe for an emergency closed-door meeting. Finally, only the economists’ prayers and a very costly decision to rescue LTCM, managed to save the world from a deep economic crisis.
Collapse is Contagious
The current dollar decline is reminiscent of the situation that led to the collapse of LTCM. Although the dollar's been on a downward spiral for quite some time, the most dramatic fall in its value was spurred by a change in China's policy. China, pragmatically concerned with its own economy, started shifting away from the dollar currency and diversifying its investments. As the echoes of this decision reverberated throughout the world, countries like Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Venezuela, Sudan, Iran and Russia began considering a shift away from the dollar in order to safeguard their assets.
A similar trend unfolded during the recent Sub-Prime Mortgage crisis (a mortgage given to risky borrowers) that begun in the U.S. and spread throughout the world. The effects of this fiasco are far from over. The meltdown has affected stock markets, banks, hedge funds and companies the world over. The biggest shock waves were felt in Europe, Asia, Canada and Australia. The crisis also affected many corporations, manufacturers, marketing companies and even hi tech firms.
Over and over, the sense of a global economic crisis resurfaces. All the attempts to predict economic trends have proved futile. Today, the million dollar question is: How do we establish a truly viable and stable economic system?
The Systems Between Us
The answer, says the wisdom of Kabbalah, is actually quite simple. Best of all, you do not have to be a brilliant economist to figure it out. However, you do have to realize that we and everything we do, including economics, has to follow the laws of the universal system we call Nature.
Kabbalists explain that Nature's overarching plan is to bring all of its parts, including us, into perfect unity. In the framework of human society, this unity means that the work of every single individual benefits the whole.

Globalization has made our world so fragile that the smallest crack can cause it to shatter. Kabbalah Is Not Philosophy
In ancient times, Kabbalah inspired great minds to soar and search for meaning, but the branch called “philosophy,” was soon to veer off in another direction.
Perhaps we think of Kabbalists as secluded people hiding in dim, candle-lit chambers, writing magical scriptures. Well, until the end of the 20th century, Kabbalah was indeed kept secret. The clandestine approach toward Kabbalah evoked numerous tales and legends surrounding its nature. Although most of these tales are false, they still baffle and confuse even the most rigorous thinkers.
But Kabbalah was not always secret. In fact, the first Kabbalists were very open about their knowledge, and at the same time, very much involved with their societies. Often, Kabbalists were their nation’s leaders. Of all these leaders, King David is probably the best known example of a great Kabbalist who was also a great leader.
The involvement of Kabbalists in their societies helped their contemporary scholars develop the basis of what we now know as “Western philosophy,” which later became the basis of modern science. In that regard, here’s what Johannes Reuchlin, a humanist, classics scholar, and expert in ancient languages and traditions, writes in his book, De Arte Cabbalistica: “My teacher, Pythagoras, the father of philosophy, took his teaching from Kabbalists … He was the first to translate the word, Kabbalah, unknown to his contemporaries, to the Greek word philosophy… Kabbalah does not let us live our lives in the dust, but elevates our mind to the height of knowledge.”
But philosophers were not Kabbalists. Because they did not study Kabbalah, they couldn’t fully understand the depth of Kabbalistic knowledge. As a result, knowledge that should have been developed and treated in a very specific way was developed and treated incorrectly. When Kabbalistic knowledge migrated to other parts of the world, where there were no Kabbalists at the time, it also took a different course.
Thus, humanity made a detour. Although Western philosophy incorporated parts of the Kabbalistic knowledge, it ended up taking an entirely different direction. Western philosophy generated sciences that researched our material world, that which we perceive with our five senses. But Kabbalah is a science that studies what happens beyond what our senses perceive. The changed emphasis drove humanity in the opposite direction from the original knowledge that Kabbalists obtained. This change in direction took humanity on a detour that resulted in the general misconception of what Kabbalah is really about.

Often, Kabbalists were their nation’s leaders. Of all these leaders, King David is probably the best known example of a great Kabbalist who was also a great leader.
The involvement of Kabbalists in their societies helped their contemporary scholars develop the basis of what we now know as “Western philosophy,” which later became the basis of modern science. In that regard, here’s what Johannes Reuchlin, a humanist, classics scholar, and expert in ancient languages and traditions, writes in his book, De Arte Cabbalistica: “My teacher, Pythagoras, the father of philosophy, took his teaching from Kabbalists … He was the first to translate the word, Kabbalah, unknown to his contemporaries, to the Greek word philosophy… Kabbalah does not let us live our lives in the dust, but elevates our mind to the height of knowledge.”
But philosophers were not Kabbalists. Because they did not study Kabbalah, they couldn’t fully understand the depth of Kabbalistic knowledge. As a result, knowledge that should have been developed and treated in a very specific way was developed and treated incorrectly. When Kabbalistic knowledge migrated to other parts of the world, where there were no Kabbalists at the time, it also took a different course.
Thus, humanity made a detour. Although Western philosophy incorporated parts of the Kabbalistic knowledge, it ended up taking an entirely different direction. Western philosophy generated sciences that researched our material world, that which we perceive with our five senses. But Kabbalah is a science that studies what happens beyond what our senses perceive. The changed emphasis drove humanity in the opposite direction from the original knowledge that Kabbalists obtained. This change in direction took humanity on a detour that resulted in the general misconception of what Kabbalah is really about.

Then he contemplated Eternity and came to the conclusion that he should be the change to change the world.
So he changed himself, perceiving the Self in all.
Then he came to the conclusion that there is only one way to change the world. Self-evolution is the means.

internet by storm. As of December 2007, ZEITGEIST had already
gathered more than 6 million hits, making it one of the most
popular online videos of all time. In fact, on Google video,
ZEITGEIST was the no. 1 video for the months of November and
December 2007, and there doesn't seem to be any stopping it. The
movie's creator, Peter Joseph, has reported some 40,000 to
60,000 hits to his website, ZEITGEISTmovie.com, per day! Also,
in November 2007, ZEITGEIST was presented a "Best Feature" award
at the prestigious Artivists Film Festival at the Egyptian
theater in Hollywood. As one of the sources for Part 1 of
ZEITGEIST, I was in attendance as a featured panel speaker
addressing some 650 people, who shared a mind-blowing evening.
Both Peter and I have also done several radio programs
addressing the subjects raised in ZEITGEIST, with me
specializing in Part 1. The movie's narration has also been
translated into a number of languages, including German. Truly,
ZEITGEIST is a global phenomenon!
What is so special about ZEITGEIST that it has attracted so
much attention? First of all, the movie is done in a very
powerful manner - and, secondly, its message is controversial,
to say the least! Since my work inspired some of Part 1, I can
only discuss as an expert that segment, which deals with
religious conspiracy. Part 1, in fact, claims that our modern
religions, including and especially Christianity, are not
"original" or "new revelation" but remakes of ancient faiths,
particularly that of the Egyptians. In my books, "The Christ
Conspiracy" and "Suns of God," I have striven to demonstrate
that fact, with a combined 1000+ pages of fascinating research

Right Hemisphere of the brain given its due !
Left Hemisphere of the brain deals with the Scientific, the Analytic
Right Hemisphere deals with the synthetic, the philosophic, the poetic.
Man has two types of Mind, Rational Mind, the scientific and the Intuitive Mind, the Philosophic.
So far, before the Copenhagen Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics ( 1927), Physical Science had ignored the right hemisphere and had given priority to the Left Hemisphere. It is only after the quantum revolution initiated by Max Planck, De Broglie, Schroedinger, Heisenber, Pauli, David Bohm and others, that the New Physics gave the right hemisphere its due.
"Poetry should initiate us unto Philosophy " said Plutarch. The great poets of yore indulged in Mystic Symbolism.
Dante's Divina Commedia or Goethe' Faust, or Tagore " Geetanjali" or Aurobindo's " Savitri", were the product of the Intuitive Mind or the right Hemisphere.
Einstein's Theory of Relativity, Newton's Laws of Motion or Kepler's Laws of Planetary Motion, were the product of the Rational Mind or the left Hemisphere.
Poetry is divine. It is the center and the circumference of all knowledge and it comprehends all science !

The Law of Complementarity !
Niels Bohr conceived the principle of Complementarity - that items have contradictory properties. The photon, for instance, is both a particle and a wave, two apparently mutually contradictory properties. One of his famous students was Heisenberg, who bequethed to the scientific world the Uncertainty Principle.
In Eastern philosophies, Reality was defined as an Indeterminate which include contradictory properties. Opposites coexist in Realty. The Absolute Being contains both the finite and the Infinite. The Law of Complementarity, discovered by Bohr, was not altogether new to the ancient mystics, the Seer Poets !
The Absolute Brahman was defined by them as both Impersonal and Personal, Nirguna and Saguna. It is both Being & Non-Being, The Absolute & Relative, the One and the Innumerable, the Formless and the delirium of forms. It is the Being which turns into Becoming but is always itself and other than its becomings !
He unified Space-Time !
Newton thought and Space and Time were separate but Hermann Minnowski unified Space-Time !
He wrote
"Henceforth, Time by itself and Space by itself were doomed to fade away into shadows; only a union of the two can preserve an independant reality"
Space-Time, one and inseparable and we live, breathe and exist in the Four Dimensional Space-Time Continuum.
This means accepting the views of the Seer Poets, who said that all these are the Becomings of Being !
The entire Universe is nothing but He & She. The Law of Conservation of Mass-Energy
The Law of Conservation of Mass Energy states that Truth ( Mass Energy ) can neither be created nor destroyed.
The sum total energy in the Universe is an absolute constant. This Total Mass Energy was what the ancient Seer Poets called as the Indestructible Reality ( Avinashi thu tadvidhhi yena sarvam idam tatam ).
Our bodies belong to the universal sea of Matter. Our minds to the sea of Universal Mind. The conserved Mass Energy is the same ( Samam Brahma ).
If the total energy is not Kshara or destructible, then it is Indestructible or Akshara ( Aksharam Brahma ).
The ancient Seer Poets spoke of Reality negatively, initially. They said It is not this, It is not that ( as this is finite and that is finite, whereas Reality in Infinite ). At the same time they spoke of it positively, they said It is this, It is that, It is all ( sarvam brahmamayam ). Because they were first indicating that the Absolute is non-relative or the Infinite is non-finite. Then they said the Absolute is that which includes all relatives ! Brahman, the Absolute, they said, is Matter, is Life, is Mind, is Supermind, is Cosmic Delight, is Existence- Consciounsess - Beatitude !
The modern physicist, if he were to speak of the Total Mass Energy in the Universe, will say the same thing. That Reality or Mass Energy is this, It is that, It is all !

Pauli's Exclusion Principle
Wolfgang Pauli revolutionised Physics with his statement " that no two similar electrons can exist in the same atom".This came to be known as the Pauli's Exclusion Principle. One electron excludes any similar electron.
In the heavens, we find that the Solar System is like the Atom. The electrons revolve in elliptical orbits around the central nucleus. Similarly the planets traverse in elliptical orbits around the central Sun. " As Above, So Below" !
Kepler in his first Law of Planetary Motion opined that planets move in elliptical orbits with Sun as the Focus of the Ellipse !
If you extend the Exclusion Principle, we find that in the Solar system, no two planets are alike ! Jupiter differs from Mercury and so on !

Werner Heisenberg, postulated the famous Uncertainity Principle. He postulated that we can never know what goes on in the invisible subatomic realm and that " therefore we should abandon all attempts to construct perpetual levels of atomic processes".
Independently of Schroedinger and De Broglie, Heisenberg developed experimental data into tabular form, which he called matrices. His method was called Matrix Mathematics.
The quintessence of his theory is sample. The course of a single electron cannot be predicted and is uncertain. Newtonian Physics do not apply to the subatomic realm. Quantum Theory can predict the distribution ( probable ) with a beam of electrons, but Quantum Theory cannot predict the course of a single electron !
The earlier idea of the causal Universe is totally undermined by the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.
Niels Bohr, another New Physicist, wrote
Quantum Mechanics, entails, the necessity of a final renunciation of the classical idea of causality, with a radical revision of our attitude towards the problem of physical reality

Physics and Philosophy
The quantum physicist, David Bohm defined Reality as " That which Is"
This is reminiscent of Spinoza and the Indian Seers who averred " Absolute Being is that which Is".
When De Broglie postulated that the electron is both a particle and a wave, the New Physics ( Quantum Physics ) was speaking the language of the mystics !
Is Man good-bad ? Yes, says Mysticism. Man is a composite creature. He is both good and bad, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde and all human beings are dual personalities. Man is a contradiction ! Man is a paradox. Like the Electron, which is both a particle and a wave.
Shroedinger opined that electrons are standing Waves!

Matter, a derivative of Consciousness
" Matter is a derivative of Consciousness " said Prof De Broglie. "I regard Consciousness as fundamental" said Prof Erwin Schroedinger.
Truth is that, on the subatomic level, Science is not exact ! The Old Physics of Newton does not apply to the subatomic realm. The New Physics states that electrons are standing waves and Matter exhibits two properties - that of a particle and a Wave. Prof Shroedinger was sure that electrons are standing waves. Something was standing and he called it the Psi function or rather the Wave Function.
There is no such thing as Space and Time, as Newton thought. There is only an inseparable SpaceTime and we live in a four dimensional Space-Time Continuum. Fritjof Capra had voiced the same truth earlier. The dance of sub atomic matter, the galaxies, the black holes and of the Universe is Poetry in motion, is the Cosmic Dance & is symbolised in Oriental Philosophies as the Dance of Siva, the Lord of the Dancers worshipped by the Indians !

The Four Dimensional Space-Time Continuum
Like Capra's "Tao of Physics", Gary Zukav's " Dancing Wu Li Masters" shook the philosophic world.
It is called the overview of the New Physics. The Old Physics was Newtonian Physics which maintained that Space and Time are separate.
Einstein differed from Newton. Space and Time are not separate, they are one whole called Space-Time.
Old classical Physics of Newton gave way to the New Physics, that is Quantum Physics. De Broglie's Matter_Wave Hypothesis postulated that Matter exists as both Particle and Wave. The fourth Dimension of Time was added to the three dimesions of Space, that is length, breadth and thickness.
Hermann Minnowski, the maths teacher of Einstein, postulated the theory of the Four Dimensional Space-Time Continuum. We live, breathe and exist in the four dimensional Space-Time Continuum, which is an Eternal Now.
This recent finding of the New Physics is the corroboration of Eastern Philosophies, which maintained that the Unified Field of Consciousness is the only Reality and that the Universe is a Universe of appearance.

Introduction to NLP
Just imagine what you would do if your bread machine arrived without instructions.
That of course, pales in comparison to the immense complexity of our brains (unimaginably more bake cycles).
Each of us happen to possess in our skulls, the most sophisticated computers ever conceived of and no one thought to provide instructions. No wonder changing how we do the simplest task, often meets with failure.
If you climbed behind the wheel of a car for the very first time and had no instructions to guide you, how far do you think you'd get before driving into a ditch or up a telephone pole.
So, how do NLPer's create the knowledge necessary to learn how to operate our own minds?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) studies the structure of how humans think and experience the world. Obviously, the structure of something so subjective does not lend itself to precise, statistical formulae but instead leads to models of how these things work. From these models, techniques for quickly and effectively changing thoughts, behaviors and beliefs that limit you have been developed.
Warning! The following paragraph contains big, ugly, hard-to-understand words developed by a linguist. This is the only downside to NLP I know of and we're staying up nights trying to fix it. Parental guidance is suggested.
Many of the models in NLP were created by studying people who did things exquisitely well. Models such as meta-model, metaprogram, sensory acuity, Milton-model, representational systems and submodalities among others, provide a diverse set of tools for creating change in yourself and others.
Someone who wanted to create a model for learning to drive a car really well, might approach a expert in the field something like this - Instead of asking an expert driver, " How do you drive?" ("Very well, thank you."), they would be concentrating not on the content of what they did but on the underlying structure such as how they represent driving in their mind, the beliefs and attitudes they had about driving, the strategies they used in making decisions, how often they change their oil, (skip that last one) among other factors.
Let's use something called submodalities as an example of how a model works. By understanding how we perceive the world through our five senses, we can then understand how some people can respond very resourcefully in a situation and others do not. Once you learn how those who remain resourceful set up their representations, then it's a simple matter to teach others to do the same thing.
The Example: Imagine seeing an enormous spider dangling directly in front of your face. Now clear your mind (sorry, didn't want to leave that image hanging around). A common way for people to have a phobic reaction to spiders or anything related to them, is to picture a spider completely oversized and far too close in their minds.
Spiders are tiny, well-mannered creatures that are far more frightened of you than you should be of them but try telling that to someone with that particular phobia.
So, why don't these phobic people notice the images they're creating? The popular belief is that we don't pay much attention to what's going on in our unconscious. If you considered the enormous amount of information your brain has to process each day, it's probably best that we don't spend much time dwelling on it (otherwise, we would probably sit around babbling and drooling and eventually starve to death).
Well, what do we do about our friend with the phobia, Extra-strength cans of Raid for a house warming gift?
NLPers ask the question, "If another person can have fun playing with their pet spider, what can we learn about them that we could teach the phobic person so they can play with spiders, too?" (Or something like that). The spider-lover would most likely have an image representing spiders that was proportionally correct and at a reasonable distance and possibly other factors not worth getting into right now. Knowing the difference, the NLPer can use one of many techniques to help the phobic person relearn their reaction to spiders so that it is similar in nature to the spider-lover's (hopefully less of the lover part).
The above example may sound complicated but phobia treatments often take less than half an hour. An powerful change with a minimal investment of time and effort.
NLP is based on many useful presuppositions that support the attitude that change is imminent. One of the most important is, NLP is about what works, not what should work. In other words, if what you're doing isn't working, try something else, anything else, regardless of whether what you had been doing should have worked. Flexibility is the key element in a given system, the one who is most likely to do well responds to changing (or unchanging) circumstances. That's one reason NLP has made so much progress in an area where such is not the norm. Innovators try out things with little regard as to its "truth" or "reality", NLP is much more interested in results and giving people what they want from life (sappy yes, but "true" nonetheless).
This is the end of the Introduction to NLP. What you have just read is very incomplete but hopefully gives you a taste of what NLP is about.
I highly recommend you continue your investigation of how NLP can enhance all aspects of your life from improving your relationships with loved ones, learning to teach effectively, gaining a stronger sense of self esteem, greater motivation, better understanding of communication, enhancing your business or career, bending steel bars in a single bound and an enormous amount of other things that involve the use of your brain.
