In Life; Everything exists
Changes and is destroyed !
He who knows this truth
Easily finds repose !

Are never attached to flux !
Our attachment to objects transitory
Causeth mental disturbance & pain !

Be attched only to the Self
Which is the repository of Bliss !
Dive deep within and be found !
Thou art That already !
